NOTE: The biggest takeaway was that due to the business maturity (new business in Malaysia), the best approach was to build credibility through podacst/webinar and attending events  so that the brand can build its brand credibiulity.

The client has hired a marketing team but is still trying to figure out what best to do for their marketing.

The engagement aims to equip the marketing team with some marketing foundation so that they are able to grasp not only what they should do but also why it should be done.

Strength and weaknesses

The marketing is more sales-focused. Hence media produced are hard selling where they should be soft selling.

 Aside from being new, social media have been inactive; therefore no 'social proof' to show credibility. (Despite having enough case studies they can showcase to gain it)

The type of service provided requires the potential customer to fully trust the business or brand before they would subscribe to it.
