The marketing is more sales-focused. Hence media produced are hard selling where they should be soft selling.
Aside from being new, social media have been inactive; therefore no 'social proof' to show credibility. (Despite having enough case studies they can showcase to gain it)
The type of service provided requires the potential customer to fully trust the business or brand before they would subscribe to it.
